Let us know how we can help you with your A/C and heating service concerns.  Whether it be the need to have some kind of regular maintenance done on regular intervals, or trying to diagnose and tackle comfort issues you may be having with your system or your home.  Also, if the time has come for you to replace your system it is vital to remember that the brand of the unit contributes only a small portion to the overall quality of performance and long term durability of your air conditioning system.  The quality of the install is about 95% responsible for the quality of the system in your home.

We take our time to size the unit to your existing home as it is now (not how it was many years ago when the existing unit was first installed), check the home’s duct work for correct sizing and wear & tear, determine if new copper lines, electrical disconnects, wiring, and breakers that feed power to the unit need to be upgraded, determine if the existing copper tubing can be re-used or if it needs to be replaced due to incorrect sizing or due to wear & tear over the years, and we can go on and on with regards to all of the specific technical tasks that need to be done during the actual installation.  Steps that cannot be skipped, and many of which, if they are skipped, won’t show up until possibly 3-4 years down the line. 

So, don’t worry about if it’s a Trane, Carrier, Rheem, or Goodman unit.  The important part is finding a certified professional who will know how to properly install it.  If you don’t want to use us, at least give us a call so that we can forward you to someone that we know will do the job right.  There are so many out there who are doing it very, very wrong.
